Savoy Life Community Enrollment Rules and Processes

Reporting. Savoy Life shall notify Community of any emergency, accident, injury, or material change in health condition of a Resident while in Savoy Life’s care via phone call or email, including but not limited to the transport of any Resident to the hospital in the event of emergency. Savoy Life shall promptly advise Community of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a Resident to Community.
Clinical Staff Performance: Upon written request by Community, Savoy Life shall promptly remove any individual performing Services to Residents, who engages in unacceptable conduct that presents a danger to Residents or interferes with the orderly administration of the Community’s Residents, business or otherwise, as reasonably determined by Community. Savoy Life shall promptly thereafter replace the removed individual, but in any event within thirty (30) days.
Community Obligations:

Community Obligations:
- Incident Reporting. Community will immediately advise Savoy Life of any incident or claim that may arise involving Savoy Life and facilitate Savoy Life’s meaningful participation in the incident’s resolution.
- Complaints. All complaints received by Community regarding Services provided by Savoy Life will be immediately forwarded to Savoy Life for handling and resolution.
Medical Records. Savoy Life shall keep and maintain complete, timely and accurate records with respect to the Services Savoy Life provides to Residents consistent with Community’s policies, provided such policies are made available to Savoy Life, or as otherwise required under law. All records created by Savoy Life shall be and remain confidential and shall be subject to the confidentiality obligations of the Agreement, but may be used by Savoy Life for billing and collection purposes in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, including without limitation, HIPAA; provided, all billing records created by Savoy Life hereunder shall be and remain the property of Savoy Life.
