Savoy In Action

Hand and Jigsaw Puzzle

Resident had UTI symptoms paired with behavioral issues. Savoy RN received and shipped out a urine sample. Then the resident was seen by Savoy provider who diagnosed UTI and received antibiotics for appropriate treatment.  Savoy RN faxed to PCP and made follow-up appointment. To further support, the Savoy RN drew labs prior, per PCP request, and found high BNP coupled with BLE edema. She was able to see her PCP armed with this knowledge to expedite a resolution. PCP increased diuretic and scheduled a follow-up in one month with promising initial results including UTI elimination.

A resident with a persistent cough was assessed by a Savoy RN, who ordered a chest X-ray, which revealed pneumonia. Immediate action was taken on behalf of the resident who had a prior history of pneumonia-related hospitalization. A Savoy provider was contacted, who prescribed a course of antibiotics. The Savoy RN then scheduled the resident to see their PCP a few days later for follow—up care.  As a result, the resident avoided another hospitalization and is now recovering well.

A Savoy RN and the resident care coordinator of a senior living community have been working closely with a resident and her out-of-town daughter, who also serves as her mother's power of attorney. Despite the physical distance, we have maintained consistent communication with the daughter, providing regular updates and support. The daughter has expressed deep gratitude for Savoy's services, stating that she finally has peace of mind knowing her mother is in good hands with Savoy.

Your Questions,
Answered

Does Savoy Life accept my health insurance?

We work with most healthcare plans. Once we receive your initial paperwork, we'll confirm if we accept your health insurance. Just like any doctor's office, we'll bill your health insurance directly. Standard co-pays may apply.

What is the cost?

Coverage depends on your specific insurance plan, although for most folks, it's free.

Does Savoy Life replace my primary care provider?

No. Our nursing services are designed to complement, not replace, the care you're getting from your primary care provider, specialists, and the rest of your care team. This ensures you're receiving comprehensive, coordinated support whenever you need it.

Am I locked into a long-term agreement if I sign up?

No, you can discontinue your participation at any time.
