Diane M Burfeindt is Managing Principal of Trilogy Connect, LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing instrategic decision-making, system change, governance and leadership. A catalystf or positive change in the aging services ecosystem, Diane has over 30 years of experience as an operator and strategist in the healthcare and aging services fields. Her work enables clients to uncover and address systemic issues to propel them forward, develop more generative and strategic boards and leaders, and develop an actionable strategic vision. Diane has pioneered innovative solutions in complex systems such as managed care, affordable housing and population health and navigated relationships with large healthcare and managed care organizations.

Diane is a frequent speaker at national and state conferences and a regular contributor to industry publications. She is a frequent volunteer at the local, state, and national level, and currently serves on the National Investment Center Partnering For Health Committee, the LeadingAge PA Board of Directors, the LeadingAge PA Innovation Committee, and the board of the Uptown Music Collective in Williamsport, PA. She is a Fellow of the Leading Age Larry Minnix Leadership Academy and a former surveyor with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities/Continuing Care Accreditation Commission.

Diane received her MBA from Bloomsburg University, a BS in Communications and Journalism from Shippensburg University, and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
