After earning a J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1977, Pat practiced law for nearly two decades and served as Kentucky’s Secretary of Finance from 1992 to 1994 under Governor Brereton C. Jones. He went on to lead multiple senior housing and healthcare organizations, including serving as President and CEO of Atria Senior Living, CEO of LifeTrust America, and Co-Founder and CEO of Elmcroft Senior Living. Most recently, he served as CEO and Director of Sharps Compliance, a healthcare services company based in Houston, Texas.

When Pat learned about Savoy Life and its mission, he was immediately drawn in. Having spent much of his career focused on senior housing, healthcare delivery, and public service, Pat understands how critical it is to bring clinical excellence closer to where seniors live.
